Finished watching St. John's Wort today. I recommend it for those that are into japanese horror films. Not the best of the ones I have seen recently, but I really liked what they did with the film in post production. Interesting concept. Kind of reminds me of what happens with a lot of hollywood movies--they spend so much time and money on the special effects that they neglect other aspects of the film making process.
After that I watched another japanese film: "Turn". Kind of a non comedic riff on "Groundhog Day". A young woman gets in a car accident and is knocked into the previous day, which she experiences endlessly, over and over--except that there is no one else in all of Tokyo. Good film.

Went mountain biking yesterday. Pretty tame for my buddy Damon but I was out of breath most of the time and could never quite manage to arrange the seat in way that agreed with my genitals. Fun experience though and I look forward to doing it again. At one point I got kind of out of control--I was on the verge of crashing by either going to fast, or too slow. I didn't realize you could get in a situation like that but learned pretty fast.
Michael treated me to a new processor for my dj box. Very cool of him, thanks Michael. I think I was the only one who really noticed but when I would dj sometimes the mp3s would skip as I was mixing. I always needed a faster processor, and now I have one. The entire dj system is rock solid now.

where did you go mountainbiking? It's a cool experience downhill, but uphill is quite bad! Topanga has some very nice trails
